keeping warm

Yesterday we took the kids for a bike ride. We just went up to our local park (Stanley Park) which has been totally revamped and is back in the same nic as it was when i was a kid. It even has a glasshouse which is now a restaurant/bistro. Bike riding was on and off again as Ela and Tom rode, walked, were carried and trudged along. In hindsight it was a good job we did take them yesterday as today we had a massive dumping of snow which I doubt will be gone before we leave.

We took them to an indoor softplay centre called TimeOut in Aintree, but by the time we left we were almost snowed into the carpark! So it was another snowman and snow angels, to entertain the kids again this arvo.
